How it all began
The Journey of Hills Enterprise
I’m Toby Hills, the founder of Hills Enterprise. My journey started at just 12 years old, when I began designing websites under the name Toby Hills DDC — short for Design, Development, Construction. What began as a curiosity for building and creating, quickly turned into a passion for digital design and development.
Over the next few years, I honed my skills in web design and SEO, taking on small projects, building a growing client base, and learning how to create websites that didn’t just look great but performed.
By 2015, my vision had expanded beyond websites. I branched out into graphic design, branding, business consultancy, social media management, and copywriting — creating six core sectors that work together to deliver results for businesses across the UK. That year, Hills Enterprise was born: a brand that reflects not just what I do, but what I stand for — creativity, strategy, and measurable growth.
Today, Hills Enterprise continues to grow, partnering with businesses of all sizes to deliver high-performing, visually striking digital solutions. What started as a childhood passion has become a nationwide digital agency, built on over a decade of dedication, innovation, and results.
